Just do it anyway!

These words remind us of how external influences can change our perception or mind set. They remind us to not let influences get in the way of just doing it anyway, doing the things that keep us motivated, keep us on track towards meeting our goals.

My husband sent the writing on the wall from Mother Theresa to me about a week ago.  Today, it hit me how much the words relate to courage.  These words have benefited me a great deal today...more of a stressful, anxiety driven day, as I have been dealing with challenges that have come up.  As I read through the writing on the wall, I realize only I can allow myself to feel any particular way.  I believe that my goal of courage was chosen for me this week; one that involves trusting and having faith that everything is going to be alright, with the courage to overcome feelings of stress and anxiety and remaining positive throughout my situation.

When you read the writing on the wall, what feelings come up for you related to courage?  Is it helpful to hear from such an inspiring woman who just did it anyway, no matter what others said or did?  As these words have helped to put things into perspective for me today, I hope they will do the same for you.  I encourage you to do it anyway!  Put aside feelings that could get in your way of being courageous this week and just do it anyway!  As for me, having faith that everything will be alright is my opportunity to do it anyway and not get stuck from moving forward in my goals.  What about you?
