Weekly Challenge 2/27/11 - 3/5/11 Reflection

There has been an emerging presence of reflection this past week that has come into direct focus as our challenge for this week.  One of subtlety yet blindly obvious.  What do you see when you look in the mirror or water?  Is it a clear and solid imagery or is there blurred vision about who you are?  When you take a deeper look introspectively, what do you see?  Do you have clarity or confusion?

This week, we are asked to look at the matters of reflection and introspection.  Interestingly, physics describes reflection as the return of light, heat, sound, etc., after striking a surface or something so reflected as heat or especially light.  We have been challenged to observe others and ourselves and take inventory of  in past challenges.  While this challenge may seem similar, it is distinct and differs in it's own right.

"What you see is not always what you get."  Have you heard of this saying before?  When we reflect, we may not be getting everything because we do not allow for ourselves to see everything. 

Each day this week, we are asked to do the following exercise of self-discovery.

Look in the mirror each day.  Really look at you and all of the wonder and beauty and grace that makes you special.  Try to remember the physics description of the returning of light, heat, sound, etc. after striking a surface when doing this activity.  It is not just what you see on the surface.  It goes deeper than this and asks for us to look introspectively into the acts, behaviors, experiences, etc. that make us who we are.  In this, take note of your goodness and grace.  Try to see the joy living within.  Acknowledge the beauty you have within and throughout your being.

If you do not have a mirror or the time to do the activity in this way, take the time to sit quietly for 5 minutes to do the activity when you can fit it into your schedule each day.  Can you find time to do this in your car or before getting out of bed?  Find a way to work it into your daily schedule in order to reflect upon all of the wonder and beauty that is you.

Take a few minutes to make notes of anything that sticks out for you.  For example, if you have a difficult time with this reflection activity on a particular day, make note of that.  Was there a specific reason?  Make note of that as well. 

At the end of the week, you will be able to reflect back on your daily challenge by seeing any reoccurring themes that stand out for you.  Maybe you are able to see all of the love that lives within but struggle with how to apply this love to the world.  Or, could you see how amazing you are with children but note a lack of patience?  Whatever the themes that emerge for you during this week's challenge, the angels say this will lead to more self-discovery in the weeks ahead.  They note we will be moving into a time over the next month or so of giving back to ourselves and others in our world who see things within us we cannot see in ourselves.

Reflect....when you look in the mirror, what do you see?  When you reflect upon who you are, how do you react?

A week in review...

As this week draws to a close, I realize some of the tasks on our "to do" list are bumped simply due to time and commitment.  This week, I was guided to blog daily with angelic messages.  It was wonderful to share their messages and hear some of it for the first time myself.  On the other hand, it took more of a commitment and need to focus to complete the daily task.  As I reflect back on this week, the main message that keeps coming to mind is remembering who we are and why we are here at this place and time.  We are called here with purpose and intention.  Try to remember this.  I know I will carry this with me closer to my heart when I feel stuck or unsure.

Why does it seem to take away the pain to be in resentment?  Or does it have any impact at all?  Could it simply be a diversion towards healing and listening to your heart?  Do you feel the love living within each molecule of your being?  We ask for you to consider these treasures as experiences.

You will live through many seasons of love and light.  Your whispers of truth that resonate on this world are allowing for the love to blossom tremendously as the days unfold.  When you consider your actions as wrong, ask if they are wrong or simply learning blocks.  She is a woman of much dignity and wisdom to uncover the one within this image.  Within the remnants of her truth are the beauty of a lost soul exploring in the wilderness.

Wise is the one who chooses a path of discovery and self exploration.  Given the truth to be seen by the likes of many makes the choices clearly defined and gravity lifted from the weight of the world.  What do you believe dear heart?  Do you know each flower that blossoms in truth?  Have you discovered the experience of being a rock beneath the large oak tree?  What of the foundational soil in which others lay their feet?  So much beauty, so much love.  Experiences within them all and filled with the thoughts of each living creature before and after you.

Providing this truth is but a ray of hope towards the recovery of the way in which intention has been meant to be lived.  You are this love and truth.  With your heart and growth in love we are excited of the adventure yet in store for you.  Witness life as a treasure and see its truth as such.  Your only call to action is to believe in truth and discover this as love.

No longer a need to hide.  Come and participate as you are intended to do.  Be not only an observer but a participant and work towards lifting the veil of your truth for others to witness and experience as well.  You are the truth and the light and the way.  Take heart that your love, the love of the world is the new way.  It is acceptable to just be you.  Every aspect of your uniqueness makes you love.  Combined with the love of all in the stream of life, the complete circle of its intention is at hand.

More powerful than one person could imagine but if left to feel would be as the term is given to heaven.  You are love child, you are truth.  Your goodness and desire to be has provided us with the foundation of enacting your hearts towards the love within.

Please explore dear child.  Adventure waits.  Become excited and anticipate the changes that are in store for you.  So much is in store.  So much is at hand.

Creating a New World Order

Why is there such fear when the topic of a new world order is raised?  Do you consider the times of crisis emerging and wonder if the death, anger and violence are all at stake?  What about your goodness and grace?  Have you wondered why there is so much uprising in the air?  Can you feel the energetic exchanges at play?  In this place in time there is much change in the air.  Full of wonder and upheaval all at once.  Like a master player we are in an organized manner of raising the vibrational frequencies of many in your world.  Because of this, it is like the sleeping that arose to a new day and time wondering what would happen if they played their parts within their places.  Remember behind the curtain lives the master who sees and lives within all.  You, children are responsible for this awakening and playing of the energetic exchanges.  We ask for you to consider your parts.

With love we send this message.  One of peace and hope towards a new world order.  Dearest child, consider yourself one of many as this is how your energy ties into the universal stream of life.  When some consider themselves being put into harms way or that others are taking things that do not belong to them it is in fact a part of the universal stream.  We all belong to each other and in turn, our energy lives within all things, all places and time.  With this, we are all one.  Our new world order is at hand.  One of strength and much discovery in the way of peace and love.  With a narrow view, it is difficult to see this aspect and believe we are needed to change the world one person at a time.  Love, we ask for you to consider the need of changing your mindset and becoming aware of the collective whole that exists within each circumstance.  This energetic exchange is more powerful than you may consider and with this, much changes continuously within the awareness of this collective unit.  Every time you look into your heart dear child, you see others in a different way.  You obtain information differently and you interact with your world and others in just the same way.

Oh yes, a new world order is at hand!  So close is your truth to the surface it is becoming difficult for some to contain their excitement and fear.  Your hearts are becoming open to the possibility that life can be different that love is eternal and truth lives within.  We ask you, we implore you to see this as truth and to see beyond yourself.  Ego can be the biggest boundary between the new world order and your growth into the universal stream of understanding.  Some will encourage you to stay the course and become what you have always known.  We are here to say that the world the new world will emerge a new and will ask for all of you to push through your fears and see your world in a different way.  One in which you are not used to the likes of operating within.  It may feel uncomfortable due to the pure misunderstanding of it's ability to heal itself and know the needs without saying a word.  This is part of the universal stream of understanding but just a small part.

We know this is a new concept and have not gone into great details of the new world order but would like to share with you, our loved ones that the presence of the new world order is at hand.  Children, loves, we ask for you to understand this as truth.  Within light, within love, within truth your existence lives.  You are one with yourself and all that surrounds you.  Your goodness is pure and ready to embrace the likes of many.  We are with all of you and can see this from afar.  With this, we ask for your patience and consider our words as a wave of the time to come.  We do not remind you of this as a way to think about destruction or confusion or as some of you may consider the end of the world as you know it but in some ways, this is the truth and light that exists for you.  Why do you believe all of you are in this place and time?  One where so many of you question why you.  Why are you here and what is your purpose?  You must insist on knowing and ask for all to be beautiful and pure.  This is part of your universal knowing.  The one that reassures you that all is good and in love.  From the place that you know you live...the place you know all belong.

Consider our words as a reminder of the goodness you all carry for it is within this that the new world order is beginning to emerge.  It is such a beauty to witness.  One with love, light and songs of glory.  Understanding of your world and that of everything existing within will be changed into a new belief system so to speak.  One filled with much love and light.  One that does not happen to gain the respect of most of mankind at this point in time but the world is changing and more truth is beginning to surface.  Within your hearts you know this to be truth.  Some of you are in the mode of resisting this truth.  Dearest one, we ask for you to stop and consider who you are fighting and why you resist these changes so harshly?  Even to the smallest details of you verses them.  Why do you do this?  To put it simply, it is a way of your ego staying in charge.  When it is put to rest, it will no longer matter who led the way and which one landed on top.  This is not the way of the new world order.  This is not your truth.  It has only been so out of fear and need of how your world has been divided and conquered over time.  Intentionally speaking, your world was always meant to serve as the new world order.  One in which beauty was experienced...one where everyone understood each other and was part of the universal understanding.  Without speaking a word, one would just know how to be and interact naturally.  Having no fear of point in position, there would be no challenge to who did what or how things were accomplished, they just would be...and will be.

What a way of the world it will become.  You dear child will begin to see you are no longer a child but a young adult who is transitioning yourself from a beginner to a novice.  We are in love with your spirit and wish you could see what awaits all of you around the corner.  You will be dancing in the light of the moon and singing by the dawns first light.  There will be many living within the universal stream who will be happy for you to join them and delighted in the merging of souls.  So much to learn dear child, so much to take hold of.

You will soon discover this shift taking place in your world if you have not begun to see signs of it's arrival already.  Although we believe you are ready to hear some of the way in which the new world order will unfold, we understand there will also be much hesitation in the way in which we describe it's truth.  Trust in us, this process has been in place for much longer that we can put into words.  The new world order is coming and most of you will participate in the witnessing of it's truth and help to redefine the way in which the world will operate on a universal plane.  With much discovery like that of a small child we know you are ready to transition to the next phase of development and will be with you every step of the way.

With this, we ask for you to heal your hearts.  Let go of hurts and useless clutter that lives in your mind.  It weighs down your soul and holds it from doing the most important role of it's intention.  Reflect upon your heart and the love that lives within.  So much goodness and hope.  Deeply driven in love and light.  We wish you could see and know the experience of you. 

Help by challenging your mind with the natural thoughts provided.  Are they that of the universal flow?  Is that where others words or inspirations are coming from?  Can you feel the energy of this flow that surrounds each one of you?  Have you though of dipping your toes into the energy and allowing it to flow through you?  Do you live in fear of the unknown and could this hold you back from exploring?  Have you thought about jumping in with both feet, letting go and trusting?  So much to ask, so much to say dearest child so little time.  We could go on for some time with the concept of the new world order but more for another day.

We love you dear child.  We love your heart, you goodness, your strength and your existence.

Within each one of you lives truth.  You are pure filled with the gift of love and healing.  You are special just as you are.  Like the image above, she is quite simple in dress yet quite spectacular in presence.  You resemble this angel.  Her wings are still filling in with their wondrous lightness as you continue to unfold each page of your chapter, your wings grow stronger each day.  Waves of comfort are here for you dear one.  We know it does not seem as easy as we say to believe but it is more simplistic that we could ever begin to explain.  It is almost like the fish drawn up river who struggles to make it's journey against the current that exists.  When the fish suddenly stops from exhaustion it flows freely with the current and can even begin to enjoy it's surroundings.  Although it does not make the initial journey they longed to achieve, the journey they instead take with the flow of the current takes them to places unexpected and full of beauty and delight.

You dearest are full of inevitable love and light.  Covered by the conditioning of your time but forever witnessing the truth of love within and throughout each instance life has exposed to you.  While it may not make sense based on experiences you have had or those you see around you, we say that love is there none the less.  Look at a grain of sand.  Alone, so beautiful and miraculous but can be seen as harsh and bothersome.  Why is it easier for you to dwell on what does not feel good to your being and look to replace or correct the circumstances?  Even the most distasteful thing you could imagine holds beauty and love.  Even then, there are things beyond your comprehension that if exposed to you would never consider the love within but still it exists.

Your heart beats strong with wonder and compels the GOD that is known to fix all circumstances as if that would change everything.  Have you considered your circumstances, your experiences, all of the things you consider "bad" or "ugly" are part of a loving experience?  Yes, we do know this is a difficult thing for you to imagine in all cases due to hurt, confusion and fear however we are here to tell you this is truth.  This is truth for you, this is truth for all.  Within each person and circumstance lives love.  Sometimes, an experience triggers reactions in many.  Many who may not even know the person involved in such an experience but touched by this none the less.  Love is there.  As humans, you are not able to fully understand the energetic exchange of all values however this is what we see.  When any energy changes hands, it is a wondrous event.  Filled with color, wonder, love and beauty all at once.  Even those experiences you call "bad" when brought to energetic form and combined with the likes of many energies makes a beautiful love to take witness of.

When it comes to the love within, there is much for you to discover love.  Those in your place and time are like seeds of a flower yet to find their way out of the soil.  The learning process of your surroundings and that of worldly matters takes time and energy.  Take heart dear child, you are not alone but please do not loose patience or hope.  Try to feel your way through circumstances.  What does it feel like putting emotional status aside.  Do you feel the energy that permeates in every corner of your world?  It is there if you focus your heart to feel it.  Like a master of arts, the matter of your heart, the matter of love and it's delicate nature will take time, patience and practice...yes, practice.

We wish you could see much more than your physical eye allows at this point in time.  There is so much we wish to show you which would allow you to understand in more detail how we know your truth.  The truth of your being and the love that lives within each and every one of you.  Beauty is not as it has been described in your place in time.  It is an experience to witness.  Through the years of transposing it's true positional value, your world has turned beauty into something completely different than it's original intention.  You are all beautiful, each and every one of you.  When we see you, your energy, we experience beauty.  We feel the love within your heart and know you from the core of your being.  Not hidden but exposed as a child full of wonder and delight, curiosity and sweet love.  These conditions never leave your truth they only become hidden under layers of what you and others have told you to be. 

Whenever you think of the word healing, it comes from this place.  It comes from all of the layers of covering the truth of your being.  Part of confusion that comes into your mind is when the layers try to peel themselves away and questioning of your existence or that of others comes into play.  With this, and lack of answers you can be left to feel helpless or stuck.  We ask for you to believe in who you are.  Believe in love in all beings, in all experiences...even if from a child's point of view.  Remember, you are all children to us.

Call to us and ask for guidance.  Ask for understanding and most of all, ask for clarity of this love.  We will help to provide examples of love in your world, within your experiences.  We love you dear child.  We are here to help you see your truth in love and light.

Only within you does the power exist.  The power to be within any aspect of your being.  In other words, you have the ability to be in constant sadness or in bliss.  This is not to take away from your circumstances dear one because we do see all of the heart aches you must endure on your world at this time but it is to show you that you can change what you feel within.  Only within you dear child, only within. 

We ask that you look at your circumstances as a way of being only as a temporary condition as we know that the ability to live in bliss lives within you.  Each of you has sadness, anger, frustration and fears.  Each one of you also has courage, hope, joy, exhilaration and love.  There is always a balance for you dearest to see you have both and not to stay stuck in one world or the other.  We say this as a means of understanding it is part of your existence to create balance.  You are but humans born to live and experience all of the wonders created for you.  Balance is the key dear child.  Without balance, you begin to see through tunnel vision as if there is no way but what you envision.  We ask for you to seek alternative answers and look for more truth than what has been provided to you. 

Only within you dear one does this power exist.  You must seek out truth.  We ask for you to look, explore and have the courage to find truth within your existence.  See beyond what you believe, beyond what you have told yourself is truth.  Look within and seek truth through love and acceptance. 

In the image we are presenting you is a woman who wants answers but lives in despair and believes this is her way.  In truth, this image also reflects a need for balance in her being.  One that is important for each of you to achieve.  She is so convinced by her circumstance that it has become difficult for her to see any other way or means of living...as if there is no other options for her to explore.  In fact, she has not explored many options at all.  It is unfortunate but she is caught in a sticky web that she herself created.  This is not to dishonor her or any of you children that may feel lost, confused or stuck in your place in time but to show you that it is but an illusion to your circumstance and being.  We implore you to look within you for the power does exist for you to find a means and seek alternatives to your circumstance within each of your experiences. 

One thing we ask is to look within you.  You have the answers and the means of changing your circumstances.  Guidance and support from others is always helpful and may even reveal some of your own truth to you however when you only seek externally for truth, you miss the largest gift provided which is you...simply you.  Only within you does the power exist.  The power to be within any aspect of your being dear child.  Only within you.

Weekly Challenge 2/20/11-2/26/11 Crossing items off of your "to do" list!

We all have them...our "to do" lists.  Some items get done due to priorities and others get bumped to the bottom of the list and never seem to get completed.  Part of it is due to our timing and need to prioritize more important items.  Another aspect is pure desire which can lead to procrastination of other items.

 

I have felt like a ton of bricks hit me over the head since Thursday.  After days of sleeping and doing my best to take care of myself, I worked my way to the doctors today to discover I have an ear and throat infection UGH!  My total body aches from head to toe! 

When I think about crossing off tasks from my "to do" list this week, it does not seem possible but I trust there will be a way and I hope for you, no matter what your week entails, you will find the possibilities of crossing off some of the undeserving or forgotten "to do" items that continue to remain on your list.

 

Weather you have a physical or mental list, we all have items in our lives we want to work on completing.  Some are fairly easy and some more complex.  In any case, these items are important to us...why else would they be on our list?

 

Some items on your list you may want to consider tackling this week may include:

• Cleaning out your closets
• Going through your wardrobe
• House projects like painting or floor repairs
• Re-organizing your books or other such collections
• Going through your attic or storage area and donating items that no longer serve you
• House cleaning
• Bill organizing
• Scrap booking that has been put aside
• Photo organizing
• Taking all your loose change to the bank
• Scheduling time to work on a project
• Volunteering for that organization or project you always think about
• Taking a friend out that you have been promising for some time
• Spending "quality time" with someone special where other priorities seem to get in the way
• Talking to someone about something that has been on your mind and getting their advice
• Planning that getaway vacation you always dream about and say you will do at some point

There are so many items we keep on our list, ranging from task type to do's to the more complex items.  In any case, pick one or some and get to it!  Make the items on your "to do" list that keep getting bumped to the bottom a priority this week.  Challenge yourself to fit this into your life.  It may mean you will need to reorganize other aspects of your life but well worth the effort in the long run!  Have fun and check off some of those long and overdue "to do's"!!

What a week....it's been busy and interesting for sure!  For some reason, the energy seems off a bit.  I have heard this from others too.  We are all blaming it on the full moon coming tomorrow but I get the sense that the excitement and anticipation of spring is adding to the mood.  It feels like the expression I sometimes ask my kids when they can't sit still..."do you have ants in your pants"?  Maybe there is some energetic ants in pants going around!  We could call it AIPS or ants in the pants syndrome.

This energy has led my challenge of observing to be interesting yet difficult at the same time.  Part is due to the busy nature of the week for me and the need to be actively involved in various meetings.  Having said that, I have been able to observe more body language than usual this week and find it interesting when utilizing this information as part of assessing my surroundings.  Since I am still assessing how body language fits into guidance for the week, I have not drawn any full conclusions as of yet...maybe I have AIPS.  Is this why it seems so obvious to me as an observer of others with AIPS this week?

At home, I have observed my husband be more supportive towards my emotional needs.  He is a good man and observing him from a distance has allowed me to see his endearing qualities shine even more so than usual.  Given the fact he has had a challenging week and still put this aside to support me has been a beautiful blessing to take note of.

The angels have been providing me with visual cues this week as well with signs of support and guidance.  At times, the visual message has come through loud and clear and at other times it has taken some time to become clear what the intended message is...like AIPS whose message has taken time to be defined and is still not completely exposed as to the intended guidance for the week. 

Another small example just happened a few minutes ago.  I go onto facebook daily as I blog my messages to post them.  Today, I received an instant message from a friend on facebook.  As I responded to her message, an angel feather fell onto my laptop.  She asked what it meant and I needed to clarify the intended message with the angels.  Although I receive visual messages, my more natural communication is through hearing/listening.  The message was quite simple...they were reassuring/supporting the message I had just sent her and also letting her know they are there for her.

Messages are there for us all the time to see.  It's a matter of observing and sometimes giving things time to settle in and determine what you have seen, witnessed or experienced in order to receive more clues or guidance to the message at hand. 

As you move through the rest of your week, observe the obvious and try to see the not so obvious messages being sent to you!  They are there for you, they are there for me and they will help us see clearly how to navigate through this path we call life. As my week is beginning to slow down, I will work on paying closer attention to the signs around me and approach my task as a novice observer.  I wonder if anyone else has observed the AIPS as I have observed in my world!

Weekly Challenge 2/13/11 - 2/19/11 Observe

This week's challenge is about being the observer.  In a world filled with busy activities and scheduling, we often run our lives from a "doing" perspective.  Less often do we find ourselves in the role of the observer.  When we take a step back and observe a situation or the people in it, we may be able to see things from a different perspective.  In fact, we may be able to look at a situation or person with a completely new lens based on what we see.  The angels have asked us to focus on our "clairvoyant" or visual abilities.  As an observer, the visual information you have on hand will be more than usual which will lead to possible varied outcomes.  The angels note the goal of this week's challenge as heightening one's own self-awareness and and our awareness with others we interact with.   

Ways to be an active observer this week include: 

1. Watching activity taking place around you.  If you are usually more vocal, try to quietly listen and observe.  Look for visual clues to help you assess the situation.
2. Observing others.  What do you notice in others this week?  Are there any commonalities amongst personalities or behavior?  What type of body language is being presented?  Are others looking comfortable or tense?  How do they interact with each other?  How do they interact with you?
3. Observing yourself.  Observe your body language in different settings.  Are you comfortable or tense?  Notice your positioning at various stages of your day.  If you are in a group setting, where do you typically sit or mingle?  If you are at home, where do you go about spending your time?  How do you interact with others? (remember, all from an observers perspective).
4. Being an observer also involves looking for messages the angels have in store for you.  Not only do they want you to participate in your week as an observer of others in varied situations, they also ask for you to look for messages they will provide to you. Here are some ways they may provide messages to you:
1. Street signs and billboards-Are there any repeat or similar messages among signs that you are seeing this week?  Are there themes or commonalities among the signs you are drawn to read or see?
2. TV, movies, Internet and/or books-Does anything stand out to you?  What are you drawn to see or read?  Is there any themes for you to view?  Do you notice similarities or sentiment in what you are watching or reading?
3. Numbers-Do you notice repeat numbers?  Maybe the time of the day or a channel you are drawn to?  Is there a message being communicated with numbers?  If you are seeing repeat numbers or notice a pattern, pay attention.
4. Lastly, make note of images presented in your own mind.  Are they things you would normally tell or show yourself?  If the answer is "no" then pay attention.  The angels may have a message they are trying to communicate in your mind's eye.  These images can vary based on the receiver but when in the observer role should not be ruled out as coincidental or brushed aside .  Take these visual cues as messages and watch for themes and patterns within any visual information presented to you in this way.

This list is not complete but can be used to get you moving in the direction as the observer within this week's challenge.  Commit to the challenge of observing and see where it leads you!  The messages are endless if you allow yourself to see...they are there waiting for you to notice!

Everyone has their own path, don’t try to divert others. It is their journey

This morning, I saw a disturbing image of death.  The write up noted the belief that we are given only what we could handle is a bunch of BS based on all of the war and famine in our world.  With that, I had to ask the angels why?  Why do some of us have such heavy burdens to bear and others do not?  The answer was simply put- Everyone has their own path, don't try to divert others.  It is their journey.  We all have our own journey, our own path.  They say we have war and famine and other such heavy burdens due to chaos in our place and time. 

Those involved in these devastations have a purpose, as all of us do.  Although it may not make sense to us, I can see in some ways the impact others lives can have on us.  When we see death, destruction, chaos, we react within our own journey.  What happens to others also happens to us.  However, the angels note that everyone's path is their own and with purpose and direction.  It is not in vain.

While I have to be honest, it does not make complete sense to me I can also see their perspective of everyone having their own path, their own journey.  Why else would we be here?  We all have a specific reason, a specific purpose of living this life and I believe we are here to do our best in discovering our purpose and living it to the fullest...even if it contains difficulties, sadness, confusion and loss.

As I walk through my day today, I will reflect on this topic with the image that is still fresh in my mind.  Although it made me sad and even sick, I will go through my day with the thought that their lives were not in vain.  None of us are here for that reason.  We all have our own path.  We all have our own journey.  Trying to divert the path of others would defeat the purpose of their journey.  Having said that, I know we can love, support, encourage and work towards overall healing.  We may not change or divert the path of one but could in fact work towards changing the direction of our global picture together.

With this, I ask you to go confidently in the direction of your dreams.  They are there for you to explore.  They are your path, your journey.  Your dreams are there for you to discover and capture as part of your path, your journey.  This is not a diversion as it IS your path to live!

At this time it can feel easier to brush dreams and inspirations away and tell yourself those are for other people, that you do not deserve the praise or reward.  We are here to say that it is untrue.  You are not only deserving, you are everything and everything is you.  Love lives within each one of you.  The center of love is truth where everything lives.  You see dear child?  You ARE everything! 

Be inspired on your beautiful journey called life.  There is but a brief moment in time on your plane to live.  We ask for you to consider living your life fully with wonder and joy.  Dream, inspire, create, live.

With this, we send you love and much joy into your hearts and minds.  Rest easy dear one.  Time is but a blink of an eye and you must consider living each moment as if it were a lifetime...full of wonder and joy.

Weekly Challenge 2/6/11 - 2/12/11 Inspire!

Inspiration comes in many shapes and sizes.  Sometimes, we can be inspired by the smallest circumstance that only you takes notice of and other times, something breathtaking and beautiful that inspires the likes of many.  This week, the angels have asked for us to focus our hearts on inspiration.  Inspiring ourselves and others; to draw out, motivate, move into action or as the definition of inspire refers, to breathe life into something drawing it into action.

There are various ways you can inspire yourself and others.  Here are just a few examples of how to incorporate the challenge of being inspired and inspiring others:

• Become what you wish to experience.  In other words pay it forward.  If you would like for someone to let your car into traffic for example, let someone else in.  Smile at someone just because, hold the door for someone behind you, be patient and laugh when stuck in traffic, have a difficult client or challenging day...whatever your circumstance, become what you wish to experience in others...set the example of inspiration for others to follow.
• Take time to have genuine interest in others that surround you.  People care about you however, they want to know you are authentic and care for them as well.  You may become inspired by a relationship, business venture or discover inspired messages within being authentic with those around you.  Ask questions.  Take a genuine interest in others, make the time.
• Encouragement.  Everyone goes through tough times.  When you support people and encourage them through these times, you’ll be inspiring them to see the best in themselves and in their situation.  This holds true for you as well.  If you feel the need for encouragement, FIND some!  Seek out a supportive friend, community or group who can offer you inspiration.  The Internet can also be a  place to find positive inspiring outlets to explore.
• Look for people, ideas, environments and knowledge that you find inspiring and motivating.  Share your dreams with someone who will support and encourage you.  Join a group or community that shares your interests.  Read a book or watch a movie that has inspiring messages of hope and love.
• Share who you are with others.  You are unique and have more to share and offer others than you give yourself credit for.  Your experiences make you who you are, unique and beautiful.  Full of wisdom and from your point of view. You may be the only one who can touch someone with your inspiring message. Inspire!
• Do you have a dream or an inspired idea that you have been waiting for the perfect moment to arrive to take action?  Start making plans or taking steps to move your dreams or inspired ideas into a reality!  Likewise, inspire others who have shared their dreams or inspired ideas with you to move forward and start making plans!
• Be vulnerable.  Let your guard down and be willing to share your failures as well as your successes. Others will relate to you and feel inspired by your genuine perspective.  They’ll understand that they’re not the only ones with challenges.
• Challenge yourself, challenge others.  Many of us have had someone in our lives who at times seemed more like a tormentor than mentor.  They challenged us to do our best, and we were better for it.  Practice the term  "carefrontation", the careful and caring confrontation of others.  Challenging ourselves and others can be done with care and consideration while infusing inspiration all the while.  

The following video is a scene from the movie "Coach Carter".  Our deepest fear may just be that of seeing our true potential.  Can it be why at times we shy away from being inspired or inspiring others?  Is it more about accepting our bright light and the light in others, along with our unending potential verses living in our fear?  Try to see your unending potential and inspire yourself and others in this coming week's challenge!  Say "YES"!

I wish for....

I still say these words in my head and wish upon stars.  Do you?  Some of our childlike behaviors and innocence are never lost.  It's a matter of recognizing them for the qualities we see in children, the childlike qualities we have strived to achieve this week. 

Having two young children has provided me the opportunity to pay attention to the childlike behaviors they display naturally.  It is like seeing them through new eyes and I admire what I see.  The wonder, the innocence, fear, joy and above all the pure beauty that makes them children. 

As I was thinking of my children and the qualities they possess, I was reminded that  my own childlike qualities still exist.  I was reminded of my naive side, the one that still wishes upon stars and believes miracles CAN and DO happen.  The one that believes we are all good people, no matter what...love still exists in our hearts.  Remember who you are, remember who we are.  Can you see the childlike qualities you still posses?  Can you see your innocence, wonder and beauty...like that of a child?

As I go about my day today, I wish upon the morning star that each one of you will have a beautiful day filled with wonder and magic to once again see the world through the eyes of a child.

Beautiful and GOD like

There is something so sweet, so innocent about children. It's difficult to put a handle on but it is there all the while.  Beautiful and GOD like.  Something that I think we take advantage of until we see it fading away.

Children in the eyes of GOD

Sometimes, I forget how truly small I am.  I forget that we are all children in the eyes of GOD.  No matter how old or wise, still children in the eyes of GOD.  In GOD's eyes, we all belong, we are all accepted, we are all children who are learning, growing, exploring and in need of love.  GOD's love is always there...we all belong in GOD's eyes.  We are all GOD's children.

How small we are in this great big world.  How magnificent is the love within and throughout each one of us.  Forever this truth remains, I belong, I belong to you dear GOD.

I saw something interesting today that reminded me of our choices.  We can all change our direction, it is never too late.  Remember as children how many mistakes we made and how we learned as we moved along our path?  It just hit me today that this path of childhood never ends.  In our minds, we believe it to be true but in this great big world of life we live, we are still children in the eyes of GOD.

How small we are in this great big world.  How magnificent is the love within and throughout each one of us.  Forever this truth remains, I belong, I belong to you dear GOD.

"Grown-up" vs. Inner child

Yesterday was the first day this year that I did not make my way into blogging.  Part of it was that it was yet another snow day for my kids and we were all out several times yesterday shoveling away.  We have a fairly long driveway and with this type of snow and the amount we received, it took us a while to get things cleaned up!  The snow was heavy and icy but the kids still had a good time playing while we shoveled. 

The other part was allowing myself to just BE in the moments of the day.  At one point, I laid down and took a little nap, just because.  Being in the moment was nice.  My daughter and I made a sand art project, which came out really cool.  I did the experiment that is posted in my blog with both the kids and they were just as amazed as I was with it.  Although, it was rather short lived because we only had black food coloring verses the rainbow of colors used in the demonstration. I watched an episode of Brad Meltzer's Decoded with my son.  We both love history and if you have seen this show, you will know it is excellent and asks questions of what we believe to be truth within American history.  More than anything, BEing in the moment yesterday was the theme.  Spending time with my family was exactly where my time needed to be.

Needless to say, I am working on being childlike this week but I am also honestly finding that my serious side likes to reign!!  When I am in the moment of being serious, I remind myself of the challenge but have found it difficult to be completely childlike.  Things do become ingrained into us.  How we should act, and behave.  Although there were times yesterday that I tried to become childlike, I must admit that I did not completely let myself go.  This challenge is actually harder than it seems.  You would think it would be easy to be childlike and just let yourself go.  What I am finding is that the part of me that is "grown-up" likes to remain in control which is making it difficult for me to connect with my child inside.  With this, I am thinking of having more structured activities incorporated into the next few days which I hope will allow for me to let my inner child come out and play!
